We offer a variety of different wedding packages.

The VICTORIAN SAMPLER Package:

We offer the use of the beautiful Victorian Farmhouse for the Bride and Bridesmaids to get ready in on the day of the wedding.  It also includes the use of the two story barn and we have now added the “Groom’s Quarters”.  We allow you to come Thursday and Friday to decorate the week of the wedding and then also allow you to have Sunday to come back to get  your things and for clean up.  That way you can have a worry free day the day of your wedding.   We only host one wedding per week so you will not feel you are being rushed in and out.  

Also included!  Is the use of 14 farmhouse tables; 10 round tables, 200 chairs;  barrels, a hand hewn arbor, an antique two door archway, and decor!

The original historic barn also is a problem solver!  If your wedding happens to be on a rainy day, the barn is large enough to move both the wedding and reception INDOORS…

The Sampler also includes for the bride and groom the use of the farm for engagement photos at no extra charge and a discounted rate for a bridal shower at the farmhouse.

We require a down payment  of $500.00 to hold the date for you … but payment arrangements can be made so you can afford your special day.  The balance of the wedding must be paid for, however, 60 days before the wedding date.

So MUCH is included for the price of $3,500.00 (Effective January, 2024)

 

The PARLOR Package:

This package includes the use of the house for a small wedding of just 40 people or less.  It would provide a site outside for the ceremony and use of the house for one day and a rehearsal the night before.  You can rent a tent for the reception at an additional cost.  Tables and chairs are included in all packages.

The LOFT Package: 

The Loft Package is the historic two story barn.  It is 3,200 square feet on two floors.  There are indoor bathrooms as well as a kitchen.  This barn is also wheel chair accessible.   This is Thursday through Sunday and also includes the use of 14 farmhouse tables;  10 round tables, 200 chairs, barrels, arbor, antique doors, decor and much more!  (This will not include use of the house).

The house is available for bridal showers, teas, sweet 16 parties, etc.,  but cannot be booked months in advance due to weddings … however, we will try to accommodate.

The barn can be used for events depending upon the number of people and hours of use:  example … birthday parties, reunions, banquets, dances, etc.

WE ARE A NO ALCOHOL VENUE.

ALSO SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE OF ANY OF THE BUILDINGS.

IF DISCOVERED, WE UNFORTUNATELY WILL KEEP YOUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT.
